Job summary

Food Square in Hong Kong seeks a Production & Quality Assurance Assistant to ensure compliance across production lines and documentation. You will inspect processes, maintain procedures, and identify improvements to guarantee high quality for clients.

Qualifications

• 1. Around 1-year experience in quality assurance or relevant experience preferred.
• 2. Fresh graduates may be considered
• 3. Thorough knowledge of QA methodologies and standards
• 4. Excellent skills in understanding data analysis/production methods
• 5. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• 6. A good team player with outstanding communication skills
• 7. Experience in food purchasing both local and overseas

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures and inspect and maintain quality
• Supervise and guide inspectors, external QA officers during visits
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
• Report any malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
• Facilitate proactive solutions, collect and record daily data of production
• Conduct food testing and keep QA, production and purchasing records, reports and relevant documentation
• Help with QA, production, purchasing ordering and affairs
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
