Fame Bros. Limited in Hong Kong is looking for a highly organized QA & Product Compliance Specialist to join our young, international team.

You will manage the compliance process from development through mass production and final shipment, ensuring testing, documentation and approvals are completed on time. You will coordinate product testing with SGS, Intertek and TÜV, review reports and manage corrective actions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product compliance, quality assurance, sourcing or consumer goods manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of international consumer-product safety regulations and import requirements, including CE, REACH and CPSIA.
• Experience coordinating third-party laboratory testing and reviewing test reports.
• Experience with factory inspections, AQL standards and corrective-action procedures.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to follow up with factories, laboratories and international partners.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good command of Excel and digital tracking tools.
• Experience with licensed consumer products, toys, stationery, accessories, kitchenware or homeware would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Ensure products comply with applicable safety regulations and import requirements across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and other international markets.
• Coordinate product testing with accredited laboratories such as SGS, Intertek and TÜV.
• Review test reports, certificates and technical documentation, and manage corrective actions or retesting when required.
• Organize and monitor factory inspections, including AQL inspections and pre-shipment quality checks.
• Verify that mass-produced goods match approved samples, specifications, packaging and quality standards.
• Coordinate product, artwork, packaging, prototype and final-sample approvals with international licensors.
• Maintain complete and accurate compliance records and approval trackers for each product.
• Review product specifications, materials, safety warnings, labelling and packaging requirements before production.
• Support the Sourcing and Merchandising teams by identifying quality or regulatory risks at an early stage.
• Respond to customer requests for compliance documents, certificates and technical information.
• Follow up on non-conformities and ensure that corrective actions are properly implemented.
• Contribute to the improvement of compliance processes and AI-assisted compliance tools.

Fame Bros is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive QA & Product Compliance Specialist to join our young and dynamic international team.

Working with factories, testing laboratories, customers and global entertainment licensors, you will ensure that our licensed consumer products meet the required quality, safety and regulatory standards.

You will manage the compliance process from product development through mass production and final shipment, ensuring that all necessary testing, inspections, documentation and approvals are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
