Job summary

Nissin Foods Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance to implement FSMS, lead audits, and drive a strong quality culture across the factory and external partners.

The role focuses on monitoring GMP, data analysis, training, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning laboratory accuracy, corrective actions, and engagement with OEM suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and ensure on-time annual certification audits.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the quality team to build high performance and strong technical/problem-solving skills.
• Analyse quality metrics and performance data to report trends, identify risks and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Perform regular GMP audits in factory and follow up corrective actions with related parties for improvement.
• Monitor daily product testing to ensure compliance with defined quality and operational standards.
• Plan and conduct training in food safety and quality per company requirements.
• Investigate and follow up complaints related to food safety and quality.
• Engage with external OEM suppliers and factories for audits and improvements.
• Drive quality and safety culture through training, communication, and engagement.
• Verify laboratory work, analyse errors and resolve problems.

Manager/Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance

Monitor daily product testing to ensure the products complied with the defined quality and operational standard.

Plan and conduct training in the area of food safety and quality according to company requirements.

Investigate and follow-up the complaint case, which related to food safety and quality aspect.

Work closely with related parties in participating external OEM suppliers and factories audits.

Drive quality and safety culture through training, communication, and engagement.

Validate that laboratory work is performed accurately, analyse errors and resolve problems.
