Qualifications

• Experience in product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes into practical requirements.
• Experience coordinating with labs and vendors.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labeling requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on physical/mechanical product safety requirements and testing.
• Monitor regulatory landscape across APAC, EU and US; share updates with teams.
• Assess regulatory impacts and plan implementation with stakeholders.
• Support regional safety labeling, warnings and age grading requirements.
• Draft and revise Hasbro specifications and testing guidance.
• Develop product-specific and ODM testing protocols with internal teams and labs.
• Liaise with third-party laboratories to align interpretations and testing methods.
• Provide timely guidance on regulatory and labeling inquiries.
• Maintain records of regulatory assessments and decisions.
