Job summary

Fano Labs in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated QA Engineer for our AI Conversation Agent product to own quality end-to-end, design test scenarios mirroring real customer conversations, and drive non-functional testing.

You will build automation infrastructure in Python/Java, integrate into CI/CD, and measure ASR/TTS latency and reliability across channels, with focus on release quality and observability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA/testing experience, ideally with voice or real-time products.
• Proficient with Python or Java and building automated test frameworks.
• Strong debug mindset and attention to detail for edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios that mirror real customer conversations across channels.
• Drive non-functional testing including network conditions and load scenarios.
• Build automation infrastructure and CI/CD integration for testing.
• Establish logging, tracing, and observability to support root-cause analysis.
• Translate issues into reproducible test cases and regression suites.
