Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of QA or Dev-in-Test experience in Internet/Fintech.
• Understanding of Function, Performance, Stability, and Chaos Testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Self-driven with urgency and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software testing and release lifecycle, from analysis to verification, with AI-driven testing.
• Maintain and evolve AI skill/agent pipelines to reduce defects and broaden adoption.
