• Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Experience with low-latency or throughput-critical systems.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and reliability engineering.
• Experience building automation and monitoring tools.
• Ability to solve complex production issues in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in finance/trading is a plus but not required.
