Job summary

BAH Partners Limited in Hong Kong is hiring an AI Engineer into its front-office trading team to use AI to speed traders and make workflows more efficient.

You will build and manage AI agents, integrate Claude, GPT and LLM tooling, automate trading-team workflows, and build internal tools in Python.

This is not an ML research role; we want someone from a software engineering background who loves building and taking AI ideas to production.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building AI agents and tooling.
• Familiar with Claude, GPT and LLM tooling.
• Not an ML research role; hands-on builder.

If you’re a Python engineer spending half your spare time experimenting with Claude, GPT, AI agents and the latest AI tooling, this could be a very interesting role for you.

I’m working with a leading algorithmic trading firm that is hiring an AI Engineer directly into its front-office trading team.

The mission is simple: use AI to make traders faster and more efficient.

You’ll be:

• Building and managing AI agents
• Integrating Claude, GPT and LLM tooling
• Automating trading-team workflows
• Building internal tools in Python
• Experimenting with new AI technologies and actually putting them into production

This is not an ML research role. They want someone who loves building, experimenting and finding practical ways to use AI. However, we do need someone from a software engineering background.

2–5 years’ experience. No finance background required.

Based in Hong Kong.
