Job summary

Venturenix Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-priority government digital transformation initiative in Hong Kong. You will deliver technical, administrative, and coordination support, help establish AI governance frameworks, and drive safe, ethical deployment of AI across Bureaux and Departments.

You will lead cross-department collaboration, gather requirements, manage communications, prepare reports, and coordinate with partners and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience with AI and data analytics technologies.
• Experience supporting AI-related projects, digital transformation, and/or policy initiatives.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to provide occasional out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy, Governance & Platform Enhancement: establish strategic roadmaps for government-wide AI adoption and governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: liaise with departments, gather requirements, promote data sharing, and coordinate awareness activities.
• Project Coordination & Administrative Support: manage schedules, meetings, reports, and presentation materials for executive decisions.
