Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong invites a Public Area Supervisor to uphold the high standards of our Kerry Hotel. You will manage public areas and heart of the house, ensuring cleanliness, safety and smooth operations.

This role requires coordination with teams, bilingual communication in English and Chinese, and adherence to Shangri-La policies. Build a welcoming guest environment while supervising daily cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Certification of related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in hotels with similar capacity.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all subordinates in the Public Areas to ensure proper completion of all tasks.
• Maintain public areas and heart of the house areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel.
• Control all equipment and supplies issued and returns.
• Maintain par stock on all supplies and parts.
• Take monthly inventory of all chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• 協調並監督所有公衆地方清潔員， 以確保正確完成所有工作
• 根據酒店政策、標準及指示，維持公衆地方及酒店範圍整潔
• 控制機器及補給品的發出及歸還

About The Role

As a Public Area Supervisor (公眾地方督導), you will be assisting with the overall presentation of public areas, ensuring it aligns with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all subordinates in the Public Areas to ensure proper completion of all tasks.
