We are looking for a creative and research-minded individual to help design and develop empirically grounded psychoeducational workshops and games (both digital & physical) as a Psychological Innovation Officer. The role involves managing research protocols, collaborating with tech developers, students, and psychology professionals, and supporting funding/competition applications, alongside supervising interns and handling administrative workflows.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideate, co-design, develop, and evaluate empirically grounded psychoeducational workshops and games

Execute and manage complex psychological research protocols and operational workflows in HKSPI's tech-based mental health initiatives

Collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams, including tech developers, high school students, and psychology professionals

Support the organization's funding and competition applications

Execute administrative and organizational duties, including supervising interns and documenting standard procedures

Perform ad-hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

Psychology (or related disciplines) graduates or current senior undergraduate or postgraduate students

Strong experience in psychological intervention research and mental health promotion

Creative thinker with a strong research and/or tech background

A proactive, independent, and self-disciplined worker

Demonstrated ability to supervise intern or volunteer teams

Interdisciplinary experience in digital mental health, social entrepreneurship, tech, and game co-design is highly valued

Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

An excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
