Job summary

Hong Kong Society of Psychological Innovation Limited is seeking a proactive Psychological Project Officer to coordinate mental health initiatives such as the Mental Health Fair and FLOWER Project, while supporting the Executive Team on strategic initiatives.

You will supervise interns and volunteers, manage daily operations, and document procedures to streamline onboarding. The role is part-time with hybrid/work-from-office expectations in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate, senior undergraduate, or graduate in Psychology (or related disciplines/ non-profit management experience).
• Highly organized with strong administrative and operational abilities to execute complex workflows under tight deadlines.
• High level of working independence and self-discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, guide, and coordinate interns and/or volunteer teams.
• Proficiency in Canva for design work and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily tasks.
• An excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Alignment with our "for youth by youth" philosophy/values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute, and oversee HKSPI's psychological and mental health initiatives alongside the team, including the mental health fair, the FLOWER Project and more.
• Assist the Executive Team in driving key psychological initiatives
• Supervise and manage interns, volunteers and placement students
• Manage daily administrative and operational workflows to keep the organization running smoothly
• Document standard procedures to streamline future onboarding and internal workflows
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
