Job summary

Central Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support daily operations for commercial and high-end residential properties. The role covers handling client inquiries, inspections, and emergencies while ensuring high standards of service and teamwork.

Location is Central/Wan Chai/Mid-Levels. Qualifications include Form 5/DSE or above or a Diploma in Property Management; fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

Form 5 / DSE or above, or Diploma / Certificate holder in Property Management or related disciplines.
With valid QAS Security Certificate is an advantage.
Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered.
Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
Energetic, self-motivated and sincere.
Required to wear company uniform.
Shift duty: 6 working days per week, 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily property management operations for commercial buildings / high-end residential properties.
Handle client inquiries and complaints by providing excellent customer services.
Conduct inspections and report on facility conditions.
Handle emergency incidents.
Maintain good team spirit in the work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
