Job summary

Mass Transit Railway is seeking a Property Officer (Residential) to oversee day-to-day administration and supervision of building services for residential properties. You will coordinate with technical teams to ensure quality maintenance, handle resident inquiries and complaints, and participate in Owners' Committee meetings to foster strong relationships with owners.

The role requires a degree with property management experience or a higher diploma with relevant experience, plus strong

Qualifications

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management; or
• Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing high-end residential buildings is an advantage
