Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Property Officer to advise on property management of our managed buildings. You will administer a portfolio of commercial, residential, and retail properties and liaise with the building-in-charge to assure service quality for clients and tenants.

The role requires a Diploma in real estate or related field, 1 year of relevant experience, and knowledge of local ordinances.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline.
• 1 year's relevant experience in a sizable property management company.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings.

What this job involves:

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial & residential buildings and shopping malls
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants
• Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants

Desired experience and technical skills required:

• Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
• 1year's relevant experience in sizable property management company
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Excellent client relationship management
• Initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent command of bothwritten and spoken English and Chinese
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Officer
