Job summary

ConnectedGroup in Hong Kong is seeking a Project & Sourcing Executive to join our international operations. You will drive sourcing, procurement, project coordination and product development with global suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years' experience in sourcing, purchasing, merchandising, project coordination or supply chain.
• Experience gained from buying offices, trading companies, sourcing offices, importers or international businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-minded, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery
• Manage supplier communication and monitor production timelines
• Support sourcing, purchasing and product development activities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and overseas suppliers
• Track project progress, identify risks and drive solutions
