Kum Shing (KF) Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong invites applications for an administrative and field coordination role supporting maintenance contracts. You will help ensure efficient daily operations, timely responses and accurate documentation for payment and performance reporting.
The role involves coordinating daily site activities, logging monitoring system cases from notice to closure, and preparing evidence for payments and KPI tracking. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
To provide administrative and field coordination support for the maintenance contract, ensuring efficient daily operations, timely responses, and accurate documentation for payment and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily site activities, including deployment of technicians and subcontractors to faults and planned works
Log and track Monitoring System cases from notification through to rectification and closure; maintain up-to-date case registers
Monitor response and repair times against Monitoring System targets; escalat[e?] at-risk cases to the Supervisors / Managers
Prepare and collate site records, photos, test sheets, and other evidence required for payment applications and incentive claims
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, including KPI summaries and outstanding-issues trackers
Liaise with Client representatives, area offices, and utility providers to arrange access, permits, and coordination as needed
Maintain project files, correspondence, and meeting minutes in an organized and auditable manner
Requirements:
HKDSE with Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Alternate Saturday off
