Job summary

CLPe, established in 1985 and part of CLP Holdings, seeks a technical professional for its Infrastructure Branch in Kwai Chung. You will carry out site installation, testing and commissioning for HV/LV electrical installations and general building services, while ensuring proper documentation and safety compliance.

You will lead frontline workers, coordinate with clients, and prepare records. The role involves shift duties under a 2-year renewable contract with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ relevant experience with higher diploma OR 4 years with ordinary diploma
• Able to read engineering drawings and communicate technical concepts
• Solid supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Possession of safety and workers registration cards

Responsibilities

• Carry out site installation, testing and commissioning works for HV/LV electrical installations and building services
• Prepare and update test and maintenance records promptly
• Collect fault statistics and data for analysis
• Lead and supervise frontline workers and contractors
• Coordinate with clients on procedures and HSSEQ standards
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and shift work as assigned

CLPe provides energy infrastructure and one-stop smart energy management solutions for customers in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, empowering them to accelerate their green transition and achieve low-carbon, high-efficiency energy management.

We are looking for an energetic and innovative technical professional to join our Infrastructure Branch. Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out site installation, testing & commissioning works for HV / LV electrical installations / Control and Communications installations and general building services installations
• Prepare and update test & maintenance records and other related documents in a timely manner
• Collect fault statistics and relevant supporting data for analysis
• Lead and supervise frontline workers and contractors to carry out installation, testing & commissioning works
• Coordinate with clients to plan, schedule, and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the Company’s requirements and Corporate Health, safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) documents standards
• Other ad-hoc duties and shift duty as assigned

Contract Peroid : 2-year contract (Renewable)

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Electronics or relevant engineering disciplines plus 3 years’ relevant experience OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Electronics or relevant engineering discipline plus 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Able to read engineering drawings, work independently and communicate technical concepts to other parties
• Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
• Solid experience in tunnel and highway construction works will be an added advantage
• Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) or REW license or qualification of Competent Person (Track) is preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
