Job summary

Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Service Centre (Tuen Mun)

Responsibilities:

• To lead, coordinate and implement the Ecotour 330 (Ecotourism) at New Life Farm;
• To coordinate with internal teams, collaborators, instructors, and participants to ensure smooth delivery of ecotourism programmes and activities;
• To design and facilitate environmental education talks, workshops, and eco-experience activities to promote sustainable living, community engagement, and mental wellness;
• To support overall project management, including activity scheduling, logistics coordination, risk assessment, and participant follow-up services;
• To develop and prepare publicity materials, including press releases and promotional content;
• To maintain and update social medial or digital content, and compile project reports and documentation;
• To handle participant enquiries, including hotline support and post-activity follow-up services;
• To provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient project execution; and
• To carry out other duties as required by the supervisor(s).

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Environmental Science, Tourism, Education or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in project coordination, community programmes, ecotourism, environmental education, or NGO services;
• Experience in designing and facilitating training, workshops, or educational activities is highly preferred;
• Demonstrated interest or experience in sustainability, ecotourism, mental wellness, or community engagement initiatives;
• Strong project management and coordination skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Competent in computer applications;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities; and
• Willing to work outdoors and occasionally on weekends or public holidays.
