Job summary

BUDA Surveying Limited is seeking a senior site/project manager to lead and coordinate complex civil/site projects in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee excavation, ELS, and substructure works, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement in site operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold MHKIE and MICE with post-chartership experience (8+ years).
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and environmental performance on site.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
• Oversees project, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations;
• Foster astrong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in site operation standards, safety practices, and environmental performance;
• Ensure technical accuracy in the design and construction of excavation, ELS, and substructure works;
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with various stakeholder including Contractors, Consultants, and Government departments.
• Strong commitment to implementing and maintaining first-class site setup and operational practices;
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;

Requirement: MHKIE, MICE plus 8 Years of post chartership experience.
