China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. invites applications for the role of Programme Manager on a full-time, on-site basis at our Hong Kong project. The successful candidate will lead planning, monitor progress, and coordinate with construction teams, while managing NEC-based contracts for port works.
A recognised civil engineering degree or equivalent, plus membership (MHKIE) and extensive port-works experience are required. Attractive remuneration and career prospects await the right candidate.
Setup, review & update the planning programme with the resources.
Monitoring the progress.
Co-ordinate with the construction teams.
Prepare the programme monthly report & analysis the status of the project.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Work full time on site as the Programme Manager.
Serve as the main contractor's programme manager in the use of NEC contracts.
Must be a Corporate Member or Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) in Civil discipline, or equivalent acceptable to the Project Manager; OR
Hold a university degree in Civil or construction-related discipline, or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Project Manager.
Minimum of 10 years of post-professional qualification experience in construction contracts, among which at least 5 years should be in port works; OR
15 years of post-academic qualification experience in construction contracts, among which at least 10 years should be in port works.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as the main contractor's programme manager in the use of NEC contracts.
