Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale LED display projects, from contract handover through installation and final acceptance.

You will act as Key Personnel on the main contract, overseeing delivery performance, contract execution, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction on multi-million-HKD programs, coordinating with Shenzhen HQ and on-site subcontractors.

Qualifications

• HKID holder, eligible for full-time HK employment.
• 20+ years construction management, incl. 2+ PM projects > HK$5M.
• 10+ years HK project experience; familiar with major ordinances.
• Cantonese on site; working English; Mandarin for Shenzhen HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LED display project delivery from handover to acceptance.
• Coordinate with Shenzhen HQ and local subcontractors on contract, planning, design, logistics, and onsite.
• Chair weekly progress meetings and manage RFI/TQ with 7-day SLA.
• Ensure HSE compliance and maintain quality through ITP, SAT, and snag lists.
• Train client O&M team and hand over as-built docs; manage DLP and reports.

About the Role

About the RoleLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale LED display projects in Hong Kong — from contract handover through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance. Acting as Key Personnel on the main contract, you'll own delivery performance, contract execution, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction on multi-million-HKD projects while coordinating with our Shenzhen HQ and on-site subcontractors.

负责香港本地大型 LED 显示屏项目端到端后端交付，担任主合同 Key Personnel。需与深圳总部、本地分包协同，覆盖合约、计划、深化设计、生产物流、现场安装、质量、HSE 及验收移交全链路。

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
• Contract & Commercial — First-in-line responsible for main supply-and-install contract and subcontracts (installation, rigging, steel). Manage VOs, monthly progress claims, performance bonds, CAR / PL insurance, back-to-back terms; escape per matrix.
• Planning & Schedule — Build master schedule and rolling weekly / monthly plans. Track FAT, shipment batches. Flag Key Date risk 21 days in advance. Track site handover, rigging window, power, night-work permits. Chair weekly progress meetings.
• Design & Technical Interface — Coordinate submittals through the approval procedure. Coordinate with AP / RSE / MEP consultants on display positions, structural loads, power capacity, grounding. Lead BIM coordination. Manage RFI / TQ with 7-day SLA.
• Production & Logistics — Coordinate production schedule with HQ Production Manager; attend FAT. Review SZ–HK transport and customs batching plans; minimize demurrage. Plan site warehousing.
• Site Installation & Subcontractors — Lead Pre-handover Inspection. Approve rigging method statements and traffic arrangements; coordinate with Highways Department and Police permits. Manage installation subcontractors (RSO, licensed electricians, welders, signallers). Manage night-work permits and EPD noise compliance.
• Quality & HSE — Execute ITP; lead SAT (lighting-on, luminance/chrominance uniformity, dead-pixel, thermal drift, burn-in). Maintain Snag List and batch traceability. Implement SIP, daily RSO patrols, weekly Toolbox Talks. Report work injuries to Labour Department within 24h.
• Handover & Leadership — Lead completion acceptance, train client O&M team, hand over as-built docs (O&M, drawings, test reports). Manage DLP. Manage direct reports. Issue weekly / monthly reports.

• 3. 深化设计：组织 Submittals 报批；与 AP/RSE/MEP 顾问核对灯位、结构、供电；主持 BIM 协调；RFI/TQ 7 天闭环
• 4. 生产物流：协同总部生产计划、赴厂 FAT；审核深港运输与报关计划；规划恒温恒湿仓储
• 5. 现场安装：组织场地接收；审批吊装方案与交通安排；管理安装分包与持证人员；管理夜间施工许可与噪音合规
• 6. 质量 HSE：执行 ITP；组织 SAT（点亮、均匀性、坏点、温漂、老化）；落实 SIP、Toolbox Talk；24h 内向劳工处呈报工伤
• 7. 验收移交：组织竣工验收、培训业主、移交 O&M；管理 DLP；管理下属绩效
