Job summary

Equal Rich Enterprise Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead ELV, IoT and Visual solution projects. You will plan, design, estimate costs, procure, test and commission systems, coordinating subcontractors and internal teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services or related disciplines.
• 5 years of relevant experience; less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Proficient in AutoCAD; hands-on factory experience will also be considered
• Managerial experience is preferably
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing projects including design, cost estimation, procurement, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare and submit technical documents (e.g., drawings, test reports) for client approval.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teammates for installation works & project execution.
• Lead Engineer for T&C and project quality control.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients throughout design, production, delivery, installation, and service stages.
• Apply engineering knowledge in ELV focusing on IoT & Visual solutions.
