Job summary

BGCA Hong Kong 現正招聘高階服務領導職位，負責領導專業團隊、規劃並推動服務發展，提升社區福祉。

職位要求具備社會工作碩士學位，須為註冊社工師或註冊心理治療師，並具備8–10年臨床經驗及領導專案能力，能在多元團隊中推動以證據為本的服務計畫，並具出色的書面及口頭溝通能力。

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services, social work, or a related field; must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or a registered Art, Music, Play, or Drama Psychotherapist.
• 8–10 years of clinical experience focusing on parent-related work with a proven track record of leading projects independently.
• Ability to develop and champion healthy parent-teen and intergenerational communication models within the industry.
• Strong capacity to execute strategic goals and build robust engagement strategies with community partners.
• Ability to lead data-driven service initiatives and conduct relevant research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to advocate for service initiatives and present impactful outcomes to key funders and diverse community partners.

Responsibilities

• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
