Job summary

Keio Engineering Co Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team on Electrical & ELV, Mechanical, Plumbing & Drainage and Fire Protection projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee project administration, cost controls, and financial reporting while coordinating with clients, main contractors and government entities.

The role requires 8–10 years in E&M or Building Services, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Building Service Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years of work experience in E&M or Building Services projects.
• Strong in budget and cost control management, tender documents, and project financial report management.
• Experience in leading the entire team, strong communication and organization skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Tendering experience and chartered member qualification will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for project management works.
• Monitor and supervise on various projects, including project administration, cost control, and management.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, or government on tender documents, payment applications, variation orders, and statutory submissions.
• Prepare tender analysis and arrange tender document submission.
• Provide directions to the team and review employee performance.
• Handle and analyze project challenges and implement solutions.
• Mentor and coach technical workers and engineers to upgrade team performance.

Liaise with clients, or main contractors, or sub-contractors, or government regularly on tender documents, payment application, process variation order submission, and government statutory submission;

Prepare tender analysis and arrange tender document submission;

Provide effective directions to the team and review employee performance;

Handle and analysis project challenges and able to implement the solution effectively;

Mentor and coach technical workers, and engineers to upgrade the team performance.

Requirements
