Job summary

Keio Engineering Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant to support daily accounting tasks. You will handle invoicing, AP/AR, vouchers, general ledger entries and filing, while assisting the Accounting Department with clerical duties.

The role requires Form 5 or above with LCCI and Chinese & English language proficiency; fresh graduates are welcome. Training and career development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Requires Form 5 or above with LCCI certificate.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Hands-on experience in accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, vouchers, general entry and filing.
• Responsible for general accounting functions and clerical supports to Accounting Department.
• Process payments with supporting documents and proper approvals according to supplier terms.
• Assist in annual audit and tax filing.

What you need to succeed?

Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;

Keen to learn, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills;

Ability to multi-tasks and committed to deliver under tight deadlines;
