Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complete AV/IT projects across APAC regions. You will direct client liaison, procurement, deployment, and final delivery while aligning with company strategy and values.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree plus strong PM experience; PMP and AVIXA CTS are desirable. You will coordinate with the design team, vendors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes and safe site practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience delivering projects with hands-on construction-site exposure.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific AV/IT projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals

Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and implementation of the project. You will manage the full lifecycle of the project, from client brief, procurement, deployment and completion phase. Project is not limited to IT, AVVC, Logistics and Network builds. You will work alongside with the technical design team and coordinate closely with customer. You will ensure the quality of deployment with transparent communication across all stakeholders ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and values.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will support the EOS APAC Technical Project Management team (APAC PMO ) with the support of technical design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, including client liaison, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals / values and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee and direct the project team, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
• Maintain and apply a strong understanding of standard guidelines both for Network / IT and AV and industry best practices to ensure the highest quality of project delivery.
• Conduct site surveys and project briefings, manage risk assessments, and execute project documentation.
• Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with clients and key partners.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on project sites.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Audiovisual Technology / IT Degree) or equivalent experience.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
• AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification or equivalent is a plus
• Proven experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of projects with hands on experience at construction site.
• Strong understanding of current technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, vendor management and risk management with client service skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in South East Asia and China Region
