Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking university students for a financial internship to analyze corporate and financial information, build models, and support deal execution. You will assist senior bankers with research materials and maintain internal data libraries, contributing to cross-border transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have Wind and Bloomberg experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent Mandarin/English communication.

Qualifications

• Current university students in related disciplines with financial internship experiences
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent skills in using Wind, and Bloomberg
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suites
• Attention to detail, initiative and enthusiasm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information
• Prepare financial models/valuation analyses and pitch books for marketing and execution purposes
• Assist senior bankers with daily and weekly analytical and industry research materials
• Support senior bankers on various projects
• Maintain internal databases of comparable transactions, deals in the market, and other relevant data for senior bankers
• Support transaction execution across all products
