Zusammenfassung

Lanon-Development-Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Building Services Engineer to supervise site activities and coordinate with internal and external teams on building projects.

The role requires relevant experience, degrees in Building Services or related fields, and ideally a Registered Electrical Worker qualification. The position follows a 5-day work week with comprehensive medical and dental coverage and year-end bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• HD/ Degree in Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience
• Handle building / E&M construction projects
• 3 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience
• 4 years' site experience with some supervisory positions
• Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related
• Registered Electrical Worker is preferred

• Experience in MVAC, ELV, and BMS design & plan
• Experience in participating in the project management
