Job summary

Arup in Hong Kong invites applications for a Project Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team supporting the Airport Island project. The role provides engineering and design support for the Works, including drawings, RFIs and coordination with the Authority’s Representatives and contractors.

The initial contract is 12 months with potential extension, and the successful candidate will work at the Authority’s or site offices, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, contributing to timely and quality

Qualifications

Degree holder in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification or relevant work experiences in multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
Result-oriented attitude with innovative thinking.
Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering and design support to the implementation of the Works, including drawings, RFIs, or otherwise as required by Arup and the Authority’s Representative or its delegates.
The Project Engineer will be working at the Authority’s office or in a site office assigned by the Authority in the vicinity to the works during contract period to expedite site construction liaison and design coordination with the project Contractor, AAHK and Arup and other associated stakeholders.
