Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator in Hong Kong to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will review drawings, coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, monitor progress, manage schedules and documentation, and support procurement and commissioning activities. A diploma or degree in engineering and at least 2 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
• Support procurement activities, including technical evaluations and material coordination
• Assist in project commissioning, testing, and handover activities
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and HSE requirements
