Plan In Interior & Contracting Co., Ltd. is an interior design and contracting company based in Hong Kong, seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in project administration, documentation, and data entry.

The role offers opportunities to support a dynamic project team and handle ad hoc tasks efficiently. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with a higher diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience in fittings-out and construction projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fitting out and construction projects.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Less experience will be considered as Project Secretary.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in project administration, documentation, and system data entry.
• Support the team on ad hoc matters.
