Job summary

School of Governance and Policy Science within the Vocational Training Council (VTC) in Hong Kong invites applications for a Project Co-ordinator II. Project Co-ordinator II(s)

The School of Governance and Policy Science (SGPS) aspires to become an internationally respected innovator and educator in theory-informed and evidence-based public policy and government practices in local, national and global contexts. The appointee(s) will be responsible for:

• (a) providing support to postgraduate programme(s), including but not limited to admissions, student affairs, programme activities, etc.
• (b) providing support to administration of the School Office, including but not limited to committee work, finance, personnel matters, events and publicity, etc.
• (c) performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have:

• (i) a Bachelor's degree
• (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill
• (iv) good analytical, interpersonal communication, and organisational skills, and self-motivation
• (v) a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial work attitude

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
