Job summary

Infosys Hong Kong is seeking a product-oriented professional to own and drive product vision, with strong onboarding experience and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, agile ceremonies and delivering user stories from discovery to delivery in a dynamic, global context.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding processes including KYC/CDD and change delivery.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Proven track record in turning business requirements into epics, features and user stories.

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery priorities.
• Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business and IT/engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder management across business, technology and cross-functional teams.
• Lead process analysis, process mapping and re-engineering initiatives.
• Ensure product requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams and tracked through implementation.
• Review delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic and forward thinking, bringing to client external/ market intelligence to propose better, smarter ways of account opening
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working closely with business and IT teams across internal and Global.
• KYC/CDD or Onboarding experience, with strengths in process reengineering/ mapping and solid track record in change delivery.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Bring external and market insights to identify smarter and more efficient ways of improving products and customer journeys. This is also emphasized in the current internal Senior Product Owner requirement.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery priorities.
• Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business and IT/engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder management across business, technology and global/cross-functional teams.
• Lead process analysis, process mapping and re-engineering initiatives.
• Ensure product requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams and track progress through implementation.
• Review delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and stakeholder/user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Identify dependencies, risks and impediments and work with relevant teams toward resolution.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, in reading, writing, and daily communication (Cantonese is a plus)
