Job summary

Coins.ph, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a Mobile Product Manager to own the design and optimization of our mobile trading experiences, partnering with Design and Engineering across funding, asset discovery, trading, holding, and withdrawal.

You will apply AI to ideation, prototyping, user research, data analysis, and documentation, collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Trading teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Mobile Product Manager owning core user flows in consumer apps.
• Strong Product Design skills; create user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes in Figma.
• Hands-on AI experience in design, research, analysis, prototyping, or documentation.
• Strong mobile UX understanding across iOS and Android.
• Strong data skills, including SQL and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to simplify complex financial/trading concepts for non-experts.
• Strong product documentation and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Portfolio or examples of personally led product flows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and optimization of mobile trading experiences, including user flows, information architecture, page structure, and interactions.
• Optimize core trading journeys for both new and experienced users, focusing on conversion, completion, and usability.
• Design for complex scenarios including transaction failures, delays, rejections, and high-volatility conditions.
• Own the end-to-end user journey across funding, asset discovery, trading, holding, and withdrawal.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ensure consistent interaction patterns across iOS and Android.
• Use AI for product ideation, solution generation, prototyping, user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and documentation.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Trading teams to translate requirements into user flows.
• Use SQL, product analytics, user research, and A/B testing to identify problems and validate decisions.
• Analyze feedback and support data to identify product issues and roadmap improvements.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the design and optimization of our mobile trading experience — partnering closely with Design and Engineering to deliver best-in-class trading journeys for both new and experienced users, across funding, asset discovery, trading, holding, and withdrawal.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and optimization of mobile trading experiences, including user flows, information architecture, page structure, and interactions
• Optimize core trading journeys for both new and experienced users, with a focus on conversion, completion, and usability
• Design for complex scenarios including transaction failures, delays, rejections, and high-volatility conditions
• Own the end-to-end user journey across funding, asset discovery, trading, holding, and withdrawal
• Work with Design and Engineering to ensure consistent interaction patterns and high-quality implementation across iOS and Android
• Use AI for product ideation, solution generation, prototyping, user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and documentation
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Trading teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into user-friendly product flows
• Use SQL, product analytics, user research, and A/B testing to identify problems and validate product decisions
• Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify product issues and drive roadmap improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Product Manager, with experience owning core user flows in consumer-facing applications
• Strong Product Design skills; able to independently create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Hands‑on AI experience is required, with proven use of AI in product design, research, analysis, prototyping, or documentation
• Strong understanding of mobile UX and interaction patterns across iOS and Android
• Strong data skills, including SQL and experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar analytics tools
• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests
• Ability to simplify complex financial or trading concepts for non‑expert users
• Strong product documentation and communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Portfolio or examples of personally led product flows preferred

Preferred Experience

• Trading, brokerage, investment, payments, fintech, or other financial product experience
• Experience designing trading experiences for a brokerage or trading platform
• Product + Design background
• Southeast Asia or other emerging market experience
• Fiat on/off‑ramp experience
• Experience building or scaling mobile design systems
• Experience building team‑level AI workflows, internal tools, or prompt libraries
• Note: trading mechanics such as matching, settlement, fees, spreads, and slippage are not required
