Binance seeks a Senior Product Manager for VIP products to own the strategy and roadmap, delivering end-to-end experiences for high-value users. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify needs and translate them into practical solutions, while driving onboarding and trading journeys to optimize performance.

You will mentor PMs in the VIP domain and shape product growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with remote-first flexibility.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience with team leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of VIP, institutional, trading, brokerage, or wealth-related products.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong product thinking and ownership, with problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics; excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy and roadmap for VIP products and experience.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery for VIP user flows, service tools, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, ops, engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.
• Identify user needs and business gaps, translating them into clear product solutions.

• Track product performance and drive continuous optimization.
