Job summary

Video Rebirth Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Manager to lead enterprise product initiatives across e-commerce content production, TVC advertising, and brand content creation. You will shape API specs, billing, SLA standards and SDK design for seamless enterprise integration.

You will analyze product metrics, collaborate with engineering and algorithms teams, and help grow our creator platforms and tools, with a focus on AI video generation capabilities and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3–5 years as a Product Manager.
• B2B/API/SaaS/platform product experience; enterprise integration focus.
• Basic understanding of AI video generation concepts (Diffusion Models, DiT, I2V, T2V).
• Strong ability to abstract and package AI capabilities into usable products.
• Excellent collaboration with algorithm and engineering teams; translate constraints into product decisions.
• Working proficiency in English; international team.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise product solutions for e-commerce content production, TVC advertising, and brand content creation.
• Define API specifications, billing models, SLA standards, and SDK design for enterprise integration.
• Establish B2B product metrics: API call volume, customer retention, NPS, etc.
• Plan the BACH Agent workflow product from single generation to multi-shot orchestration to end-to-end automated video production.
• Design Agent task decomposition, tool calling, and workflow orchestration mechanisms.
• Define how Agents collaborate with the video generation engine: prompt optimization, shot planning, audio-video sync, post-editing.
• Contribute to bach.art creator studio: onboarding, prompt templates, creation tools.
• Analyze user behavior data (download rate, regeneration rate, feature usage) to drive product iterations.
• Assist in creator growth strategy and community operations.

• Define how Agents collaborate with the video generation engine: prompt optimization, shot planning, audio-video sync, post-editing

Consumer Product (15%)

• Contribute to bach.art creator studio: onboarding, prompt templates, creation tools
• Analyze user behavior data (download rate, regeneration rate, feature usage) to drive product iterations
• Assist in creator growth strategy and community operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, 3~5 years as a Product Manager
• B2B / API / SaaS / platform product experience; understanding of enterprise integration needs and decision chains
• Basic understanding of AI video generation: Diffusion Models, DiT, I2V, T2V capability boundaries
• Strong product abstraction and structured thinking; ability to package complex AI capabilities into clear, usable products
• Effective collaboration with algorithm and engineering teams; able to translate technical constraints into product decisions
• Working proficiency in English; we are an international team (Lark as primary collaboration tool)

Nice to Have

• Product experience in video generation, video editing, or content creation tools (Runway / Kling / Pika / CapCut competitor experience preferred)
• Agent / workflow / LLM application product experience; understanding of task orchestration, tool calling, memory mechanisms
• Experience building an API product from 0 to 1 with commercial validation
• Power user of AIGC / AI video products with deep experience across mainstream tools
• E-commerce or advertising industry background; understanding of TVC / e-commerce content / brand production pipeline
• International product experience; understanding of localization needs for global products
