Job summary

Doit is seeking Product Leads to build and own major product areas within Doit. You will collaborate with the Founder, engineers and designers to decide what to build, how to build it and how we make it better.

You should have strong product judgement, technical depth and the ability to move from an idea to a working product quickly. This role offers the opportunity to shape consumer fintech products with AI and data-driven learnings.

Qualifications

• Engineering or computer science background preferred.
• Understand software architecture, APIs, data flows and engineering trade-offs.
• Prototype and test ideas using technical tools and AI.
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience building and launching digital products.
• Turn unclear problems into clear product decisions.
• Strong understanding of UX and user behavior.
• Comfortable working with engineers and designers.
• Able to make decisions with incomplete information.
• High ownership and speed.
• Fintech or AI product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own products across spending, saving, investing, exchange, travel and other financial services.
• Identify problems worth solving and decide what to build.
• Define product requirements, priorities and success metrics.
• Take products from idea to launch.
• Work closely with engineers on architecture, APIs, data, technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Work closely with designers on user journeys and product experience.
• Use AI to build simpler and smarter financial products.
• Review user behaviour and product data and improve the product continuously.
• Make decisions quickly and keep execution moving.
• Own the quality and results of what you build.
