Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Product Due Diligence Analyst for its private wealth management division. The role focuses on new and existing investment product analysis, annual reviews, and market trend monitoring across ETFs, fixed income, equities, and structured products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in product due diligence; knowledge of Fixed income, equity, structured products, alternative investments and OTC derivatives preferred.
• Experience in private banking or private wealth management sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

The Product Due Diligence Analyst role with focus in new / existing investment product analysis, annual review, market trend monitoring for ETF/ Index/ Fixed income/ equity/ structured products/ alternative investments/ OTC derivatives within private wealth management sector.

Job Description

• Conducting comprehensive product due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analysing financial products and identifying potential risks or areas of concern.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Supporting the implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and updating product compliance frameworks as required.
• Assisting in regulatory audits and responding to audit-related queries.
• Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices in financial services.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience under product due diligence field, good product knowledge in Fixed income, equity, structured products, alternative investments, OTC derivatives are preferred
• Exposure in private banking or private wealth management sector
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
• Work collaboratively with team member
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
• Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
