Job summary

IPS Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Insurance Product Lead to own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to implementation—and to drive the end-to-end rollout of new insurance offerings. You will build strong internal and external partnerships to support delivery while ensuring compliance with risk controls and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in insurance product development, marketing, or actuarial-related roles.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to support successful product delivery.
• Ensure product development activities are carried out with integrity and in full compliance with established risk control requirements, policies, procedures, and risk mitigation measures.
• Prepare and develop product collateral to facilitate internal review and regulatory approval processes.
• Monitor and analyze market intelligence to identify and respond to trends in products, services, and customer journeys.
• Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for junior staff.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., actuarial science, finance, business administration preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product development, product marketing, channel development, or actuarial-related roles.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong business acumen, customer‑centric mindset, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts, issues, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile, proactive, and able to drive results with strong execution.
