Job summary

Generali Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to support the Head of Product in leading multiple product initiative projects, including regulatory changes and feature development. You will coordinate with Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing and Compliance to manage the end-to-end product development cycle.

The role requires strong communication, ownership, and detail‑oriented skills with a background in insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in insurance industry.
• Strong accountability and sense of ownership, patience with attention to details.
• Independent and good team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint presentation is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Contract Assistant Manager, Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Product to lead workgroup on different product initiative projects (e.g. regulatory change and product feature design & development).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance to drive end-to-end product development, pipeline management and approval process.
• Conduct market/product analysis, product testing and prepare product related documents e.g. product specifications and user requirements.
• Ensure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines.
