Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting a Product Manager / Senior Usability Designer for a leading financial services organization in Kowloon. You will partner with Product Manager and AI Product Lead to shape the product vision, roadmaps and drive end-to-end design from research to developer handoff.

• Proven experience in product design, usability or interaction design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and strategic problem-solving.
• Ability to link design decisions to business metrics and outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or rapid prototype development.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Manager and AI Product Lead to shape product vision and roadmap.
• Co-own product strategy, quarterly planning and delivery outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end design activities from research to developer handoff.
• Translate ambiguous business and user needs into clear design solutions.
