Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end fund onboarding process, including due diligence, internal approvals, and cross‑departmental coordination for product launches.
• Provide RMs with technical advisory on fund selection and portfolio construction to drive AUM and revenue growth.
• Oversee the fund lifecycle by managing transactions, monitoring performance, and executing mandatory annual due diligence reviews.
• Define business requirements and conduct UAT for fund systems to streamline operational and sales workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years in private banking, wealth management, or fund distribution.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of mutual funds, private funds, asset allocation, and risk‑rating frameworks.
