Job summary

Ovolo Hotels Group in Hong Kong is seeking a highly organized House In-charge/House Manager to oversee the founder's family household, coordinating staff, managing groceries, maintenance, and daily services with the chef. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a hospitality background.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Cantonese, with Butler/PA experience and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Flexibility in working hours and duties.
• Butler/PA experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Able to communicate in Cantonese.
• Strong communication and supervisory capabilities.
• Hospitality background, especially F&B, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run personal household and social tasks for the family.
• Manage stock-taking and restocking of household supplies and upkeep.
• Liaise with contractors for home renovations and repairs.
• Coordinate with Chef on meal planning and daily service.
• Train household staff in housekeeping, laundry, formal/informal dining, and table setting.
