Qualifications

A degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
2–3 years in investment roles, preferably investment banking.
Mandatory buy-side experience (hedge fund/private equity/special situations).
Clear ability to analyze and execute complex transactions and articulate theses in English.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, structure, and execute complex investment transactions including special situations.
Conduct deep fundamental analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and downside risk assessment.
Participate in deal structuring, terms negotiation, and execution across the investment lifecycle.
Monitor portfolio positions, assess risks, and provide investment recommendations to committee.
Collaborate with banks, legal advisors, and management teams.
