Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline from a globally recognized top-tier university.
• MBA, Master’s, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and develop investment theses.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and support transaction structuring and execution.
• Prepare investment committee materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management, portfolio companies, and external advisors across Asia, North America, and Europe.
