IQ-EQ is seeking a qualified accounting professional in Hong Kong with 3–4 years of experience to manage accounting deliverables for Private Equity clients. You will review financials, coordinate with internal teams, and support audits while maintaining compliance and strong client relationships.

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables) and knowledge of private equity agreements are highly valued; CPA or equivalent credential is required. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience; senior possibilities for more experience.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering client services on time.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Knowledge of the private equity industry is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated Private Equity clients, providing high-quality service and proactive communication about deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Review and provide feedback on financial statements, disclosures, capital calls, distribution calculations/notices, and other deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and support interim and year-end audit processes, ensuring deliverables align with governing documents and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain understanding of Limited Partnership Agreements and SLA/Fee Agreements.
