Citi Private Bank (CPB) based in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate Banker to support private client coverage. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping to generate revenue, qualify prospects, and deepen client relationships across investments.

• 2–5 years relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Assist the Banker in creating sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue growth and acquire new target clients, focusing on Investments.
• Assist the Banker with prospecting—conduct client research, generate leads, develop prospects, and coordinate client events.
• Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Organize pre-call planning, post-meeting notes, and maintain client call records including call reports.
• Provide deep-dive analysis to deepen existing client relationships.
• Provide revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the Banker.
• Support day-to-day activities such as account opening/closing, loan disbursals, etc.
• Provide service support to clients, including solving complex inquiries.
• Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and updates are maintained.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and Citi policies.
