Mott MacDonald in Hong Kong is seeking a talented Principal Tunnels Engineer to lead design and delivery of major tunnel projects. Based in our Hong Kong team, you will shape safe, compliant infrastructure and mentor engineers across geotechnical and structural disciplines.

You’ll provide technical input for structural design, oversee design at multiple stages, support business development, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high‑quality, timely and cost‑effective engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide support to projects at different stages per project needs.
• Lead technical design based on relevant ordinances, code of practices, guidelines and design requirements.
• Provide technical input for structural design, analysis and numerical models.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement; collaborate to deliver high-quality, timely and cost-effective engineering design.
