Job summary

Charterhouse Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Principal Engineer - HVAC to lead innovative building services projects from concept to completion. You will drive technical solutions for fans, ACUs and ventilation, and manage cross‑functional collaboration with sales, design and installation teams.

Job description

We are now seeking Principal Engineer - HVAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement innovative solutions and strategies for building management system
• Work closely with sales team to define needs, evaluate suppliers, focusing on tendering, contract negotiation, product design, installation process, and performance assessment to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule
• Involve in the tendering process and define the specification for fan, ACU, ventilation products
• Significant experience in managing full-cycle project from pre-sales to T&C while ensuring compliance with global guidelines and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary educated in MEP or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 8 years of industry experience, preferably in the HVAC and fan sectors
• Solid grasp of market dynamics
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
